It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The employees were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The way we travel during the pandemic but the staff at this hotel has it figured out to keep their guests comfortable while safe. The shuttle driver was very personable even at 4:30 AM. It was a pleasure to ride with her. I did not have a date of return when I left on my trip but that did not cause a problem. I called John when I booked my return flight and a shuttle was there on my return. It was a peace of mind to know my car was safe. I would highly recommend.

There was a severe breakdown in communication between us, the driver, and hotel staff that ended with us waiting an hour and a half for a ride. Unfortunately, this occurred as we were returning from Amsterdam. It was a blow after such a long day of travel An apology would have gone a long way to smooth things over, but none was offered.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast. Easy to navigate to. Price paid matched the price details per PSF reservation. We left our car for 37 days at the hotel for a cruise from Boston with no problems. Not a covered or fenced in area, but seemed like a quiet safe area just in the back parking lot of the hotel. We took the Boston Express bus to Boston's South Station and took a taxi to the cruise ship. The Boston Express bus station (Exit 5) is within walking distance (1/4-1/2 mi) if you do not have a lot of luggage. We had 4 large bags, so we drove to the station and dropped off our luggage (my husband stayed with the bags) and then I drove back to the hotel, left our car and walked back. We did not use the shuttle as we were not going to the airport. We did ask if their shuttle could take us to the bus station, but they said they could not.

No bathtub! I was expecting one. Otherwise, the room was lovely

The Manchester Sleep Inn worked great for us. We had a quiet and comfortable room and the staff was outstanding. The shuttle was waiting when we headed to the airport for a very early flight. Our return flight was delayed and the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation back to the hotel at 3:00 am.

Sleep Inn overnight was very comfortable but the best was our return. They checked our flight and were at the airport to pick us up without our having to call and wait for them to come!!!

Great hotel. Provides needs at an economical price. My only recommendation is that you have a Grab N Go bag for those of us leaving before the breakfast is available. Lois brought me to and from the airport. Such a pleasant lady. Love the vehicles she used also. Thanks for making this end of the trip so easy!

Clean and attractive place to sleep. Very professional, friendly staff. Got us to the airport in time for early flight. Picked us up late night return. Hope to use this service again in the future. Thank you.
